    Real estate agents in Vermont are licensed by the Real Estate Commission within the Office of Professional Regulation. A salesperson must complete a 40-hour pre-licensing course from an approved provider, pass the national examination through PSI, and pass the Vermont state examination, which is administered as part of the online application.
