   Tattooing, body piercing, branding and permanent cosmetics are regulated under RSA 314-A by the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification's Advisory Board of Body Art Practitioners, which licenses Body Artists, Body Art Apprentices and Microblading practitioners — the Department of Health and Human Services has no body art licensing role.
