1. Idaho Direct-to-Consumer Commerce Act

   Idaho replaced its Cottage Food Law with the Direct-to-Consumer Commerce Act. Home producers selling baked goods, confections, and other homemade food directly to consumers need no food facility license or registration. You must conspicuously disclose — by sign, label, or card — that the product is not subject to government food safety inspection or licensing and may contain allergens, and list ingredients if there are two or more.
