   Events held on unincorporated New Castle County land — outdoor gatherings, auctions, art sales, outdoor concerts, carnivals, circuses, outdoor religious meetings, and special entertainment at commercial properties — require a Temporary Public Interest and Special Events permit from the County's Department of Land Use.
