   HVAC contractors in Arkansas are licensed by the HVAC/R Licensing Board inside the Department of Labor and Licensing. Licenses are issued by class: Class A (unlimited), Class B (limited by system size), Class C (service and repair only), Class D (sheet metal and ductwork), and Class E (refrigeration).
