   Required for any vendor selling taxable goods or services in Oklahoma. Register with the Oklahoma Tax Commission online through OkTAP. Oklahoma levies 4.5% state sales tax; cities and counties add their own local rates on top, so the combined rate depends on the delivery address — look it up on the OTC rate charts rather than assuming a statewide maximum.

   Under the Oklahoma Health Spa Act (59 O.S. §2001 et seq.), no health spa may offer or advertise health spa services without first registering with the Administrator of Consumer Credit at the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit — not the Attorney General. A 'health spa' includes any business offering exercise rooms or equipment, or selling the right to use them. Each separate location files its own registration, renewed every calendar year.
